I'm the guy that loves outdoor stuff like beaching it, boating, or hiking, but I’m always down to spend the evening relaxing to a movie or partying it up, depending on the mood and company. But in the end, a good time can be anything with the right person. I’m can be pretty spontaneous, which on the extreme side, is how I ended up in Hawaii, but it can make for a random trip to Kailua beach at 11 at night. At the same time I’m big on being stable, financially and otherwise. While it’s not a weekly, or sometimes monthly thing, I really enjoy boating and camping as a great getaway thing to do. I have a little 10’ boat that reliably gets my friends & myself to the Sandbar or Kapapa Island for some ‘survivor man’ camping. Well, sorta survivor man, more like cooler full of food camping, but we try to fish a little most of the time. My favorite hike is Haiku Stairs because it’s crazy (check the pic), but mostly I hit up less extreme trails. While I’m not a heavy drinker by any means, I respect a good buzz with friends, out or at someone’s house. I can be pretty silly sometimes but I’m serious when I need to be. I appreciate good conversation. I'm a little eccentric in that I like to build stuff myself if I can and prefer to work on my own car and house maintenance. I consider myself to be a thoughtful guy, careful to always look at things from the other person’s point of view. I’ve done my time with a long-term relationship and made my mistakes, and while it didn’t work out in the end (for either of us), I’ve learned a lot about showing respect and consideration to your ‘best friend’ and how to work through problems that arise. I guess that’s enough about me, I’d love to meet someone that may share the same interests, but also someone that wants to introduce me to new things; someone that enjoys life, or maybe really wants to learn to enjoy life more.
